I got the matcha. Poorly made. There are chunks of unmixed matcha throughout the drink.
Edit: I went back to get another which they quickly replaced. Good customer service. However I still dont like the matcha ?

This is my go-to Pret on the way to work, been coming nearly 2 years. The shop?s really improved, always clean, good selection of items. Lovely manager and great service every time.

Rude behaviours from employees going on here:asked for a warm cappuccino,came piping hot and the barista rolled her eyes when I asked to add cold milk;employees bickering between them in front of customers.Not great

Order via a third-party app for delivery wasn?t sent anything I order Instead of them to cancel the order, They sent me whatever they felt like. I?ve tried to call the branch and no answers the sandwich that they sent me has tomato?s which I can?t eat due to allergies

People taken all the tables with food from stores next door like wasabi and others. Why is this allowed?? They clearly didn?t buy anything in this shop and take ALL tables. Not happy at all!!

This Pret shop has poor service. The guy in stripes filled my reusable cup half including the foam. When foam subsides guess what will be left of the half.
My cup is 330ml reusable.
If the staff aren't happy with their work. Don't make customers especially subscribers unhappy.
Comparing the Pret shop in shards. They have excellent services especially the early morning staff.

I was the only customer at the counter, and yet I got totally ignored by 2 staff members chatting with each other, and when they saw me, they both walked and disappeared behind the counter.

2-3 weeks back I bought a banana. It was completely raw, and when I complained they said that?s the only bananas we have. Everything was the same. If the bananas are not ready to eat why do they even show case there..? Anyway I put the banana in the bin.
