I got the matcha. Poorly made. There are chunks of unmixed matcha throughout the drink. Edit: I went back to get another which they quickly replaced. Good customer service. However I still dont like the matcha ?

This is my go-to Pret on the way to work, been coming nearly 2 years. The shop’s really improved, always clean, good selection of items. Lovely manager and great service every time.

Rude behaviours from employees going on here:asked for a warm cappuccino,came piping hot and the barista rolled her eyes when I asked to add cold milk;employees bickering between them in front of customers.Not great
