Good luck getting a home delivery delivered on time, or even delivered at all. I have had to call to find out where my order was and rebook a delivery numerous times. It's wise to have enough supplies to tide you over for a late or missed delivery. They have cat litter my cats like otherwise I would look elsewhere. Now I have to travel public transport 2 miles to carry a 10litre bag home. Not happy.

Came in trying to figure out how to start a tropical aquarium fish tank for my son, George was MASSIVELY helpful, he was so knowledgeable, friendly and passionate with all his info, I didn't have to ask any follow up questions, he just broke everything down and didn't leave a thing unanswered, thank you.

I came in to pets at home for advice on my cat as she was not eating , Mel approached me to help me with which cat food to buy and try her on, she gave me very useful advice and it was excellent customer service! thank you for your help Mel, she loves her food:)

I bought a bunny rabbit today at pets at home old Kemp Road and I was really really pleased with the expert care that they took and made the experience really smooth and nice friendly staff.

This pet shop has everything you need, and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. I have a small dog, and during my visit, I purchased wet wipes, a blanket, a personalised tag, and a nice harness?all for a reasonable price (£42, with both cheaper and more premium options available).
Many of their products are budget-friendly while still maintaining good quality, especially compared to more expensive branded alternatives. One downside is that some items listed on their website aren?t always available in-store, but they can order them for you if needed.
The store could improve in some areas, such as cleanliness. Occasionally, I?ve noticed dirty floors or an empty water bowl at the entrance. However, these are minor issues.
Overall, a positive experience. 4 out of 5 stars.

I had a fantastic experience at Pets at Home, thanks to Simoné and Billy! As a new dog mum, I was feeling quite nervous, but the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Simoné took her time to talk me through the best food options for my puppy, and I left feeling genuinely educated and grateful for her guidance. The staff's kindness and passion for animals truly shine through, and their support has made this journey so much easier. Thank you for making me & my pup feel confident and cared for!
