Wow. What a delightful server. NOT. I asked a simple question, to what I can only describe as scilence as an awnser. I get more chat out of my 5 year old cat, Ariel btw. Please train your staff to respond and not wave a card machine In my face after food was paid online. Your food however is quite nice your staff are terrible. Thanks Annie and jules x

I visited this Papa John?s location for a late lunch on June 9th around 3 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While I generally enjoy the food here, the service this time was unexpectedly poor. The girl who was managing my order was quite rude from the start abrupt in her responses, dismissive of questions, and seemed annoyed throughout the interaction.
What should have been a simple and routine order felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. She seemed more interested in rushing me than offering any kind of decent customer service. It wasn't just unprofessional but disrespectful. The attitude was exaggerated and unnecessary, especially when I was polite and clear about my order.
I hope the management looks into improving staff training and customer service standards. The way I was treated has definitely made me think twice about returning to this location.

I would especially like to note the quality of the products. It was obvious that the pizza was made of the freshest and selected ingredients. Juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, tender mozzarella - all this showed that the creators of the pizza do not skimp on quality and care about their customers.

I ordered a pizza delivery to my house and none of the store or anyone responded, my order was left in cutting pizza status and took more than a hour, poor service they kept declining my calls even after I kept calling and now they just took my money

No worth it! Try another pizza place, normally only has one person working there and he handles the money and prepares the pizza's, I never see him wash his hands once

Awful. Placed a delivery order, waited over an hour, called the store and was told ?the driver must have cancelled the order?. The driver?! No phone calls, zero communication. AVOID.

Amazing customer service and good price. Really friendly staff member, despite him having a lot to do, he was friendly from the start. Totally different to other papa johns in the area where I had a terrible experience.

I?m always amazed how long it takes to deliver. I put an order in and sometimes it can take an hour for the food to come. My place is only a four minute driver away apparently but when i get a text say it?s been picked up it often takes 15 minutes or more for it to arrive and that?s 25 minutes and more after making the order. This has happened many times so it?s never an isolated incident. Which means the pizza is almost always cold

Instead of preparing the pizza, they spent too much time talking. Their behavior was rude and disrespectful, lacking any sense of politeness, and it took a long time for the pizza to be finished.
