Typical UK, no one works and customer service is non existent

The very best customer service ever, in over 35 years of banking at this branch of Nat West. Lorna and Kane should get Nat West customer service awards, or be promoted, or receive a massive pay rise, or at least be totally praised, absolutely stunning service, super helpful, very friendly, totally professional and also the loveliest welcome ever. I have never walked out of London Bridge Branch happier than when I walked in, apart from last week. Thanks Kane and Lorna, you both go above and beyond and if there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would be leaving so many more....

Had to reset my password for my ATM card. Matt Gold was the wonderful gentleman that helped me. In a day when banks are reducing human presence, this was a good experience.

The one time I?ve been in here I had a good experience. It was fairly quiet (Wed mid-morning) and I was seen to promptly by Ash, who was friendly and helpful.Another customer near me was having some complicated problem dealt with by another staff member who sounded exceptionally friendly (they spent a long time discussing football!)

The staff is the friendliest and most helpful imaginable in a bank! Yes, queues might be long especially if you visit at peak hours, yet the staff are doing their utmost to help everyone. You always need to listen to their guidance, if they direct you to a machine do it, they?ll tell you even the sequence of buttons to follow and if there is a hiccup they?ll notice and come over to help you. I hope they can have some more staff to be able to reduce queue times and not have to be sooo busy!

Excellent service and I must single out Esther who was particularly helpful and friendly. Fantastic location that is well connected to tube and overground stations. Great breakfast and a number of good local restaurants and pubs. Also let?s not forget the excellent Borough market!

We stayed there for four days and had a lovely experience. The hotel very central, with most things reachable by foot. The service and breakfast was nice. The rooms were not too big, but had everything you need. Would definitely come back

Great place with the best service. I have been in many hotels in london and it is one of the best of them. Very clean and help us with all what we needed. It is near all very nice bar and places to go near the south bank

We stayed for one night in a week away after having a terrible time at the premier inn gate modern. This was just down the road and a great location, lovely staff, clean and amazing facilities. Couldn?t ask for more

We loved this hotel! Close to the Globe, great starting point to explore via Underground or on foot, excellent service and the best nights of sleep out of our week+ touring England. The staff were so accommodating when sleepy teens needed to grab a cup of coffee to go, and the bar/lounge area were great places to gather before heading out or relaxing with friends and family who came into the city to say hello.

What a fabulous stay we had! I'd called ahead and found out we could drop off our bags as we were arriving in London early, and Elana (apologies for misspelling) greeted us in a professional bur friendly manner, eager to help. We tha k you for that, it was great to get out and about without our backpacks. Check-in later was faultless, again friendly greeting and such personal service, tha k you Esther. Room was smaller than we're used to, but it was clean, the fridge was a bonus, as was the filtered machine in the corridor just outside our room. The lobby and bar are beautifully decorated, a real homely feel and we felt very comfortable sitting playing cards with a beer or 2. , fabulous! Something for everyone, and food intolerance, vegetarian, plant bases milks, everyone catered for. The 'Full English" set us up for the day ahead, and all the staff worked tirelessly clearing tables as guests left, ensuring no-one was kept waiting, over what was a very busy weekend. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional and made us feel very much welcomed, and the hotel itself had a home from home feel to it, making us feel very comfortable and at ease. Oh and those pillows ? they're quite likely the most comfortable sleep I've ever had! Thank you Mercure London Bridge, we can't wait to come back!
