Nando's Elephant & Castle offers a lively atmosphere, friendly service, and consistently flavorful peri-peri chicken. The restaurant is clean, conveniently located, and well-staffed, with team members often praised for their service. While occasional issues like undercooked chicken or order inaccuracies have been reported, the overall experience remains positive. It can get busy during peak times, but for fans of Nando?s, it?s a solid choice.

Not a very pleasant experience? Order was given to us incomplete initially. We were then asked if food was fine so many times, it felt intrusive. Staff asked if they could clear table when fries were still being eaten and bowls were full?

James really made up the night! Polite & attentive. Food was a little slow because it was busy but James (manager) made sure it was hot & tasty.

Very nice branch of Nando?s. Was seated immediately and ordered via the QR code. The food came out in less than 5 minutes! The rice bowl was tasty, hot chips (bigger portion than other branches I?ve been to :) and soft yet crispy garlic bread. Everything was clean and good service from the guys working.
Vegetarian options: Veg and vegan options like the beanie burger, salad bowl, wrap, hummus, peri chips, spicy rice, garlic bread, coleslaw and rainbow slaw etc. I?d love to see more main dishes & vegan puds!
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and downstairs

Order was mixed up and so was delayed (almost an hour until we got our food!) but it was hot, well cooked and very tasty when we did finally get to eat. Staff were lovely, especially Ajoke!

The food is average, you order via QR code, you pay immediately. The service is only there to seat you and bring you beer and glasses. A small plus for asking if we have an allergy to anything. You buy soft drinks, cutlery, etc. yourself at such a counter.
Dietary restrictions: They will ask about your allergies
