This is fast food. Even though there was a long queue the food came really quick. They also managed to get the entire order correct which is a rare thing when going to McD.

I had visit the store to pick the order , But when I was there , I ask the staff name Anjali to pass my order that was ready ,she ignored me 3-4 times ,and the food was there around 15 minutes,but she completely ignored me . And when she come to pass the order she was very rude and showing the attitude . And still she didn?t gave the order . Very bad experience with the staff Anjali . I request the higher authorities to please leave a look on my review and take action on that girl ??Thanks

After 2 years I was hoping now, that they refurbished, to be able to take from them a milkshake or an ice cream. Nope. It will never be I guess so I don?t have the reason to ever return.
I don?t know why NEVER in so many years they never ever have milkshake or ice cream?

Waited 30 mins for my food, gave my receipt to an employee and it was promptly lost. When I asked a manager for help I was told no one waits that long and treated like a scammer. He told me he would remember my face if I ever tried this again, I refused the food at this point and just left. He doesn't need to remember me as I'll never be back. Great waste of £4.77 and 30 mins of my life.

Waited literally 24 minutes to get my double quarter pounder meal. I can clearly see my order on the table after 15 minutes but the server look retarded.. don't even call out my order no or speak clearly. Since you introduced kiosk service has gone even worse.
People come her for the food alone. Service sucks big time.
