I went to the McDonald?s on Old Kent Road today and I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated when placing my order. It was completely unprofessional ? no smiles, no willingness to help. The bathroom was dirty, and the play area was also dirty. I will never come here again and I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was disgusting ? we found hair in both our fries and chicken mayo burger. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Won?t be coming back and wouldn?t recommend to anyone.

We do fast food slowly, and perhaps a little grumpily - that should be the motto for this particular 'Mackie Ds' outlet.
It's not often I visit a Macs, though I normally drive through when I do: and perhaps that's the better option for this one.
The meal was okay; my enjoyment of the food was probably affected by the sullen atmosphere and the looooooooooooooong wait.
Using the app didn't speed things along at all.

Oh dear, I've had to down-grade this review from 2 stars to 1.
During my last negative experience a couple of months ago, I observed how the drive through seemed to receive a prioritised service over the customers inside the restaurant so, with a car-full of toddlers, I decided to give the driver through service a try - using the app of course.
This time, items were missing, information didn't seem to have been received- which I thought the app would safeguard against (it didn't).
The attitude of the staff was lackadaisical as they seemingly dodged ownership of the situation by suggesting I should reorder the meal (I didn't).
Two visits, two sets of problems, same indifferent attitude.
No need for the third strike ... Old Kent Road McDs, you're out!

Extremely busy on my visit. The drive-thru queue was easy back on to the main street. There were a few spaces available, I used one to park and ate inside. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Very quick service with food quality food, plenty of available seating too. The staff work hard and fast, well done to them. Highly recommend.

Food was lovely and fresh. I asked for table service as I had my daughter with me. Food was delivered promptly by a very polite member of staff. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.
