I went to the McDonald’s on Old Kent Road today and I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated when placing my order. It was completely unprofessional – no smiles, no willingness to help. The bathroom was dirty, and the play area was also dirty. I will never come here again and I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was disgusting — we found hair in both our fries and chicken mayo burger. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
