Lovely foods and a great drinks selection. The cafe does a decent Iced Coffee if Costa has run out of ice, as it sometimes does.

This M&S Food is inside St Thomas' Hospital.
They offer quality food and drinks. There's a selection of ready meals, snacks and lunch on the go options.
They don't always have the full range of drinks, especially new drinks as it's quite a small supermarket that has to wait for ingredients and stock. However, have enjoyed some nice iced drinks from here.

Over crowded unstocked and more expensive than other Marks and Spencers. Take advantage of of having a captive audience because there no other branches near by.

Nice range of M&S items here, and it's really convenient because it's within the hospital itself. However, a lot of the food is pretty unhealthy (pastries, salty snacks, and sugary drinks), which you wouldn't expect in a hospital.

I go to M&S minimum twice a week for lunch. I really like Caesar salad with a smoothie. Today I was very disappointed. The lettuce today was soggy, my croutons were soft and the dressing was watery. Listen, you are nailing lunch at the moment...please don't drop your level

On this visit we found the M&S cafe to be below its usual standard, as we have visited many times before. The cafe is situated at the rear of the shop in Cardinal Walk, Victoria. There is usually a good choice of food but this visit the food was cold with a very small choice. The salads however were good. The vegetables and salmon were well cooked but were cold. Perhaps there were staffing issues on the day. It was a disappointing visit.
