Lady gave us such an attitude, she refused to listen and even claimed Lloyds bank?s just getting a bank debt card she did don't get her laptop out contains misleading and wrong information. Went straight to North London Enfield town.

I went to the bank today to change my name, feeling pretty nervous because last time I tried at another Lloyds branch with 3.9 stars, they rejected it. But today, everything went smoothly. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which was a nice surprise, especially since the branch has only 2.4 stats. I took off one star, though, because there was some info the staff should?ve known better than I did.

Not even a star, the lady at the front desk claimed herself has been working there for 20 years and gave us such an attitude, she refused to listen and even claimed Lloyds bank?s official email contains misleading and wrong information. Went straight to White Chapel branch which is another story, staff are very helpful and friendly.

Not even deserve 1 star. The lady name called Allison. Absolutely unprofessional
She started moaning before I even walked in.
Then saying my signature aren?t match the System which I?ve been with the bank more than 14 years
Totally rubbish service. If she ain?t bothered with her job then why just quit! No one wants to see that attitude

I?m here in the bank and they are still not ready to sever anyone 11 mins after opening time. still sorting out the tills this is not okay only machines started to work 4 mins after being here

I came into the branch and all three employee's were chatting about something that had nothing to do with the bank. There were other customers waiting and they didn't stop to welcome the customers and ask how they could help. Once they finally stopped chatting, and I was able to be served, the teller was rude and threw the cash on to the counter after I finished my transaction. Go to another branch!

I have been a loyal Lloyds Bank customer for 9 years, but my recent experience at their branch has left me extremely disappointed. I went to close my ISA account and was told by Katy that I needed to bring my passport because the address on my driver's license didn't match. After returning with my passport, I was made to wait in line all over again. This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a result of this frustrating and inefficient process, I have closed all my accounts with Lloyds. I expected better treatment after nearly a decade of banking with them

Very unfriendly lady! It turned out that we still had old banknotes and were advised to exchange them at a bank. However, it was too much trouble for the older lady behind the counter to let us speak and we were immediately taken outside! Unlike NatWest, where we were helped very kindly!
