The pharmacist was incredibly helpful. When they weren't able to assist me due to the nature of my issue they tried personally to get me an urgent appointment with my GP.

Despite the behaviour matter I mentioned to the both of you regarding the previous issues I had with staff and daily pharmacist, you both and the staff on duty at the time and today, have gone beyond my expectations, meaning gone the extra mile.

Amazingly weird staffs. Refused to give out the prescription even though they?re register on the app. Gave out wrong instruction for prescription pick up order. Ridiculous service where one approved and one rejected prescription from doctors later down the line.Wasted 30 mins of my life and 2 weeks waiting with no medicine received. Ended up phoning the insurance place just to change the pharmacy. We can?t change the pharmacy again after choosing the pharmacy.Fyi, online counsel from a private health care prescription could be allocated by the patient to pick up at a pharmacy which is close to them. The doctor has prescribed that to the patient, address matched, and there is also a prescription code. Not sure what else to provide.Never go to this pharmacy again.

Theres been a pharmacy on this site for as long as I can remember, they have always been mainly for filling prescriptions from the surgery over the road so very busy around their opening hours.This latest brand, Chana have tiydied and streamlined the shelves and stock making the place look much better, clean and modern.Staff are all very helpful and friendly, so far a great addition to the parade of shops.

this pharmacy has made good improvements compared to a few months ago. if they?re your closest and you had a bad experience i would recommend you try it again as they seen to be back on their feet again now

Since Chana chemist has opened and took over Lloyds things have changed massively within the service and place , people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend going there ??

Very long waiting times and poorly stocked. One of the young women who works there was rude, unprofessional and condescending. I?ve never had such a bad experience at a pharmacy ever. Even though this pharmacy is the closest to my GP practice by far, I would rather walk a mile than go there again. In all fairness - the young man and the woman with grey hair were friendly, I would get out of that place if I was you guys.
