Very rarely have I been treated with such contempt, lack of empathy and rudeness. Today I tried to return my sharps disposal bins (distributed to me from the pharmacy along with my medicine) at the hospital pharmacy. I enquired politely about this and was bluntly told this was not a service they offered- odd since we are at a hospital. The cashier told me to ?google it? and when I tried to explain that I had and it had told me to return them to the pharmacy where I got them he simply said ?I cannot help you? and called the next customer. As a good citizen of Southwark council I will persevere with my mission but I suspect most of the sharps are ending in household waste.

Long waits to collect medication, especially at peak times. Seems they don't put on extra staff to cope when it's busier.

Slow systems and criminally long wait time (well over an hour waiting to pick up medication prescribed by the clinic)

Everyone in that pharmacy are under qualified, unprofessional and should be fired.

More than 75 minute wait for some eye drops. Ridiculous service.

Extremely long waiting times. Why can't we fill our prescriptions elsewhere and keep the hospital pharmacy for those who need it?

Good service, short queue, they gave us the medications right away.

I want to talk about the very strange behavior of the woman with blue lenses who attended to me when I went to get the medication prescribed by my doctor about half an hour ago. After giving her my name, surname, and address, I mentioned that my doctor had just called me and informed me that my medication was there. However, she said, ?Your medication arrived a month ago, but you didn?t collect it, and now it?s no longer available.?
I replied, ?No, my doctor just called me a little while ago, which is why I came here. He said my medication is here.? She insisted, saying, ?No, it came a month ago, you didn?t pick it up, and now I can?t give you the medication. You need to make a new doctor?s appointment and get your prescription written again.?I explained to her that this process would take days or even weeks, that I have a chronic liver condition, and that I urgently need my medication. Yet, she still refused to give it to me.At that moment, a gentleman, who I assume was the manager, came over to check. He confirmed that my medication was indeed there and said they could give it to me. When he said this, the same woman responded, ?How can you give it to her? I already told her no!? But the gentleman insisted, ?No, we can give it,? and went to prepare my medication.About 10 minutes later, I saw him hand the medication package to the woman. I waited for her to call out my name, but she didn?t give it to me. At the 25th minute, I asked her, ?Aren?t those my medications sitting there?? She replied, ?Yes, they are yours.? When I asked, ?Then why aren?t you giving them to me?? she said, ?I?m prioritizing other patients.?I want to thank the gentleman for his incredible kindness, but unfortunately, I can?t say the same for the woman. Please remember that you are working in a pharmacy and we are patients. You cannot treat people differently or unfairly, and we are not here to satisfy anyone?s ego. Please don?t forget this..

Waited ages for my subscription

Extremely long wait which is completely inappropriate for the sick. There?s not even enough sitting for everyone.
The receptionists are just waiting there instead of helping prepare the prescriptions. Probably takes them 10 min to call for the next prescription

Long wait to receive medications and customer service that could be improved

Why does it take 1 hour to simply pickup a standard medicine and put it in a bag?

It's not enough that it takes so long at the hospital, it takes an hour to get to this pharmacy to give you the medicine, I don't know what they do there, they do the work at an ant's pace
