Taloma - she was simply amazing and so were the other staff - I walked in and my phone was dead - they charged it for me - I also wanted chicken and Taloma took the time and patience to show me so I found exactly what I wanted - I will say mainly Taloma but all staff made my experience amazing - I highly recommend

I think they are not expensive as how people think. A good trick can be used for saving money by buying from Waitrose brand.

They only have british strawberries (and brag about it). I don't want british strawberries, they suck, they taste like nothing. I want the spanish ones.

Cluttered, looks run down, poor assortment - certainly not representing Waitrose of yesteryears that was a bit more premium & exciting.

It's a supermarket, so it's hard to rave about much. The olive bread rolls are really nice.

Great staff and customers. All willing to help reach things etc. Went for breakfast pastries and yogurt, returned for the meal deal which was great value. The quality of the food was terrific.

First world problems but the coffee machine seems to be out of order more often than working. Quite an inconvenience if you are going out of your way to get a meal deal and a coffee. Otherwise clean & well staffed.

staff not good (if you know what I mean - R) happened twice now. Once I heard them saying this guy looks like a thief from my behind and second time today they called me back to store 50 meters away after I left saying I didn?t pay, gladly I took the receipt.
Avoid if you can, else DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE A RECIET.
