Well stocked and lovely staff. Went in for some probiotics and cranberry and as I went to the counter the cashier told me they had a combination of the two which saved me about £10. Great service and I recommend if you need to pick up any health supplements

Very friendly and helpful staff and well stocked store. Went in and got what I needed right away. The staff helped me find what I was looking for, took me to the shelf and pointed out the product I needed!Thank you very much! I will definitely come back here if and when I am in the area.Luckily, they had sale on, so all products I got were well discounted!

Not a very positive experience Im afraid? I stopped on my way to the hospital, visiting a friend. I felt the bald man at the till was rude and unhelpful? he didnt seem to know what they had in stock. he had an altogether weird attitude towards the customers and even the other members of staff. Not sure if he?s the manager? Luckily I was later served by a very kind lady wearing a hijab called Jessica who knew literally where everything was and whether it was in stock or not. Just before I left I witnessed the bald man calling this lady 3 different names other than her actual name without even apologizing, like her name didnt matter. So disrespectful. I paid for my things and left the store with an awful feeling. Not how I usually feel when shopping at my local holland and barret in Richmond.
