Rude staff, other reviews say the same, the company should do something about this shop because it?s every time I come here. I understand if people are having a bad day but it seems like every day for them. Don?t take out your frustrations on paying customers, it doesn?t promote your shop well at all. ???

Rude staff, asked for a Sausage Roll and also showed I had a QR code for a coffee which they scanned but never gave.
Left waiting while serving another customer and had to remind them about the coffee, when finally prepared I was told to pay for it as I've already scanned the code while paying.
Tried respectfully to explain I scanned the code just 1 minute ago and it is free but common sense did not prevail and she insisted on payment, said I was not paying and left the shop without a coffee and a used voucher.
Lots of patience for service workers but will not be back just so I can deal with rude staff that don't apply common sense causing needless attitude/drama.

Very rude staff I don?t reconmend coming here, never stick to opening times and have an attitude with you when you ask why they aren?t open. Should be shut down or get better management

Go to this store often and the staff are always rude, particularly these 2 members of staff I always see in there that refuse to give their names. Unfortunately it?s the only Greggs close to my work so the only one I can go to, sometimes they don?t even open past 7:15 when it?s days they open at 6:30

DON'T MAKE HOME DELIVERY ORDER. You will have to wait 40 minutes.

I recommend customers not to order food from here through just eat, the drivers are extremely bad and uneducated, they don't care if the driver stays there for one or 2 hours, that is, not as qualified as a professional person. I can guarantee you that he has very little education.

The staff are all wonderful. Recently, it?s not been opening at 6:30am. Even after 7am, at times like today, not open. When every other coffee that aren?t open til later, it would be most grateful if there can be a staff that can open on time. Thank you ?
