Service very slow 10min wait to be served ? And eventually when ordering a bacon cob 4min wait on bacon Absolutely ridiculous ? People behind leaving ? One trainee serving ? Also sit in available with no toilet facilities ? Correct me if I?m wrong but is this legal ? If you charge a fee to eat in then don?t you have to supply facilities ?

The amount of bigotry from the staff here toward individuals experiencing homelessness or those who are transgender is appalling. Depending on the hour of the day?early morning, lunchtime, or evening?you encounter staff who each seem to have their own particular prejudice, using condescension to make you feel diminished. To each their own bias, I suppose.
Meanwhile, people walk in, steal items openly, and leave without consequence. Yet, regular customers, especially those under these protected characteristics, are treated as though they are somehow complicit. It?s as if the disdain meant for the actual thieves is misdirected at us, which is unfair and deeply humiliating.
I also experienced their rudeness toward particular customers, such as tourists?especially Chinese visitors?and even toward pretty ladies who come in. I wonder what the problem is here.
As a regular customer, it?s incredibly hard to overlook this behavior. One tries to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, understanding how tough and demoralizing their jobs can be?restocking shelves only for the items to be stolen. But this doesn?t excuse their mistreatment of innocent customers based on assumptions tied to appearances. That is the textbook definition of prejudice, and it?s both frustrating and pathetic.

Heard about the rite of passage or cult following of people on the internet talking about Greggs. Had to make a final pit stop here before leaving the great country of the United Kingdom. Quite straight forward, ordered a Sausage Roll and a Steak Bake. We enjoyed the Steak Bake more than the Sausage Roll. Really solid value for the money, employees were chill and got to enjoy our snacks inside the restaurant.

Genuinely excellent service from the staff member who served me, and I was only redeeming a free sausage roll via O2 Priority! The store was clean and tidy and seemingly well managed and maintained; copacetic, basically! ?[May 2024]Wheelchair accessibility: I seem to recall that the store is wheelchair accessible, minus a potentially small bump over the door bar / door threshold at the bottom of the door. There is a short upwards slope inside the store leading to the actual shop floor.

Did a click and collect and the lady who served me showed me my sticky label and pointed out to me "sorry we're out out of Greggs Foundations"! I did laugh and explained to her that I'd just donated it and it wasn't part of my order. She's been there years too and didn't have a clue what it was. Obviously the area management are keeping their staff up to speed!

Yes. I agree they have A few nice product (although usually heavy on either FAT or SUGAR )
but
FLATBREAD MEXICAN CHICKEN sandwich was so, so poor.. ?
I bough it twice and ..
both times the wrap was raw, there were just a few small bits of chicken and it was stuffed with cheap lettice.
Very disappointing and definitely NOT value for money...
