Nice place to eat a tasty and very good hamburger. Chips very also very good. Wine is so far too expensive and loww quality. The final price is so far too expensive for what you get, especially if you had 12.5% of service fee. Really! 12.5% for the service????

Gbk is always a great place to eat, a bit on the expensive side but nice none the less. Place is good very close to Waterloo station nice seating and very clean.

Has room for changes
i have been coming here for a while, the service is polite and friendly. There have been some changes in the menu which is really annoying because it had become more like other burger spots. it has nice seats which are generally clean and food come pretty quick but toilets are sometimes out of soap

I don't know where to start! We've eaten here dozens of times with my girlfriend, but this is definitely the last one.
We had noticed a bad drop the previous time, but now they are really in the abyss.
We notice at the entrance some promotions that the waiters (or rather people disoriented without management) have not even illustrated us, we notice heavy changes in the menu, and especially the soda on tap (one of the most horrible things for me), slow and chaotic service, the waiters allergic to the tray, our table in the middle (it did not exist) just before the bathroom, not commentable, the dryest meat ever, chips very dry and old, all tasteless and with smaller portions. The final mockery then on the bill (which we paid without protesting in full), my order corresponded 100% to a promotion that was not applied and even the order of my girlfriend could be done as a promotion (if it had been explained to us). So you decided to take an extra 15 pounds today and lose two trusted customers forever.
This is when there are too many head offices and too much incompetence, people sitting down to decide absurd policies and no one cooking and serving to an acceptable standard.

Last time when I went to this place was wow feeling, and now feel the wow gone and just another burger place. Fresh homemade lemonade was not freshly squeezed. The lemon juice tasted as old, may be a day or two days, can feel the bitter off taste. The chips were soft and soggy mixed with crispy bits. The burger patty was well cooked. Bap was ok but small size. The onion ring were good thou.

This is the place to go if you are looking for tasty messy, saucy and delicious burger and if you pair it with some loaded fries you have a feast.
The staff was very friendly.
After a long day of walking and sight seeing this meal was exactly what my body and soul needed. Loved every bite.

Food was really delicious and the £9.95er was very good value for money! The only negative was there was no music playing which I found strange but was nice and warm and staff were friendly

Food in general was good and tasty, there are a few things I would avoid. Milkshakes are full od sugar and there is nothing fresh about them so unless you want a cup of sugar avoid. The loaded fry were dry and greasy. Burgers are good and the staff were nice.

Me and my family usually come to this spot every year for birthdays and celebrations, it?s become like a tradition. The food is amazing and most importantly the staff. A young man called Gordon has been truly kind to me and my family, he has been very friendly and welcoming to us and has provided great customer service. What a great place to come! We were also disappointed to see that there are no more sweet potato fries it was our favourite side.
