This is my local Dominos that I order from all the time. I completely understand that food items run out but that doesn?t mean just put anything on a pizza and send it to the customer. I?m Muslim so always order tuna and sweetcorn with potato wedges and garlic pizza bread. Today I order the same order and they had run out of tuna. Instead of calling me and telling me like they have done previously they decide to send a pizza containing chicken. I?ve not seen they sell halal chicken so I?m not going to just believe it?s halal because a man over the phone is telling me it is. I also didn?t want chicken as I don?t eat meat. The man told me the tuna isn?t halal so in other words it?s fine for me to eat the chicken. Tuna is fish not meat. So the staff in store need to be educated better. I told the man I want a refund he said a driver will come collect the pizza and I will get a refund within 3-5 days. He also refused to give me his name. He finally gave me a name but I don?t believe it?s his real name. The driver came to collect the pizza who also stated he?s new so he doesn?t know the man name who I spoke it. He then gave me the managers name. I will be taking this matter further because these kind of things should not be happening. If I was allergic to chicken and ate it things would be very different now. So please make sure you check your food if you order from this branch because clearly they don?t care what they substitute an item for

If I could I would give -5 stars. I?ve been a loyal customer for a while now but this will be my LAST time ordering from this location. I spent £50+ and they got my order COMPLETELY wrong and when I tried to call them the man that answered was rude he kept rushing me to tell him what the issue was and then he hung up on me mid conversation without solving my issue which is totally unacceptable.

Never received an order and call and the guys never knock on our door and their excuse is that he couldn?t call us due to my phone number but they delivered never followed the instructions in the first place. The guys I spoke on the phone didn?t care.

really i was not living in this area but i pass from thair and see suddenly dominos i give order and then quality i received really i have to word to explain it was so amazing test i love it might be when i pass from thair next time i wait thair to have my dinner my family enjoy pizza????

The preperation time is very accurate to the app tracker. The only bad thing about this branch is the small portion of topping they give your pizza. I ordered a pizza with ground beef toppings and some of the slices came out as margharita. But other than that everything is great.

IVE COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES. EVEN POLITELY ASKING THEM IN PERSON BUT ONE PARTICULAR WORKER WHO SEEMS TO HAVE A ENTIRE BAND OF INSTRUMENTS PLAYING ALL DAY AND SINGS. HE?S filthy AND SEEMS TO LIVE IN THE BIKE CUPBOARDS, HE HAS ALSO BEEN SEEN WASHING IN THE ESTATE AND USING THE PRIVATE PROPERTY FENCE TO HANG CLOTHING, IF NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT HIM I WILL HAVE TO GO TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES INCLUDING PRESS AND SANITATION.
