Disgusting neglected toiletttes, sticky tables, such a dirty and expensive place. And the coffee was lousy as well. Staff ok.

we odered our coffee around18.37, after15 minutes approximately we asked if we could use toilet and they said someones cleaning it and wait for them to finish cleaning. We waited there atleast of another 30-40 minutes and then they said we can't use it because they already cleaned it. My husband wanted to use the loo badly so we said asked them again.But the staff quote? its there policy to not allow anyone to use the loo once cleaned and their manager is the one who i have to talk to so i can come in tomorrow to speak to him if needed?.
The shop was to be open untill 20.00, I can't believe this is how costa coffee would treat their costumers. Would not recommended the shop to anyone and if this is their policy for really i would recommend a sign board kept outside the main door about this.

One of the worst experiences I ever experienced in Costa all over UK.
Firstly they didn?t greet us. Which is not welcoming at all. I went to Costa with my family around 6.15pm, this store close at 8 pm. We want to order Mango frappe they said they are closed. Funny thing is they are saying they cleaned everything they don?t want to do. Such a poor service if they don?t want to serve until closing time why they are trading until 8pm. They can close at 6.30 instead. If it is 10 or 15 min before closing time it?s okay we can understand but we went around 6.15pm.I will attach my receipt for ur reference you can see time on it.We ash her to call manager she said they don?t have any manager at that moment, wow just wow they running a store without management team.
Thank you, don?t want to visit this branch ever again or don?t even suggest to anyone!!!

Excellent place for lunch. I had a chicken burger and it was definitely 10/10. Fresh and very well cooked. Would definitely come back at some point. Thank you ??

Last time I was in London I really enjoyed their chai, but this time I didn?t.
It seemed like a warm milkshake, no chai flavor at all.
They have limited seating and the staff is friendly.

Just discovered this shop. I didn't know how to use my app very well over 60s. Customer service was so helpful and did not make me feel like I was wasting their time. I am looking forward to my next visit...

The items are a bit pricey and tastes average but the quiet atmosphere/space is priceless in these busy touristy areas where every other coffee shop is paired with a noisy bar. The staff are also friendly.

2.30 for a bottle of water that wasn't even cold seems like a rip off. The bathroom was completely wet and dirty. At least they had aircon.
