Very clean and tidy, ample seating and plug sockets available to charge electronics.
Conveniently located near London Bridge Station a 1 minute walk from London Borough Market.
My drink was made to my specifications and the staff were friendly

This is my closest coffee shop so I have tried to order coffee from here many times. It?s always an unpleasant experience (rude staff, limited coffee options, ordering food on the app that isn?t actually in store) so I have given up and will just go one to one of the other dozen coffee shops within 100 meters?. Only giving it 2 stars because the hobo who usually lives outside is nice.

Best Caffè Nero in the city. I come here every week to work for an hour or two.
The ambience is great. It is cozy and it is not usually crowded, so it is perfect to sit down and work or just relax.
The baristas are nice, serve you with a smile, and always land the orders. Good variety of coffees and food.

Bit disappointed. Have had good experiences with other Caffè Nero branches. But the milk in my flat white was foamed way too hot and the final result poor. Furthermore there were only disposable cups with entirely unnecessary plastic covers for drinking in the cafe. I?d thought Caffè Nero was one of the few large chains which managed to deliver consistently good results. There are a good number of better options within a few minutes walk (including just round the corner).

Coffee is good but the way those girls talk behind the bar to customers is ridiculous. Specially the Asian one.

Has a spacious interior and drinks as expected of Caffè Nero?but I was told that there was no bathroom available for customers?and that I?d have to go down the road to use the station toilets. Not what I?d expect for a paying customer. (I understand if it?s not for general public!)

Good efficient service when I ordered my coffee. I didn't order any food so I can't comment on this even though they offer a selection of snacks, sandwiches, pastries and desserts
