Very small branch, food was a little stale but typically, Nero coffee prices are astronomical... Especially considering the footfall here !
Make sure you're prepared for the price if you order two medium strength coffee's...
The staff are polite, but they'd need to be when they turn around and ask for double figures for a couple of drinks...
It takes well practiced charm to get away with robbery like this.

I'm not sure why basic customer service practices are being overlooked. Once the coffee is made, staff just leave it on the counter instead of handing it directly to the customer or placing it somewhere more accessible?especially when the area is crowded. If a customer is clearly struggling to reach their order, offering a bit of help would go a long way. Courtesy and attentiveness seem to be missing, which really impacts the overall experience.

This is a very convenient cafe in the side of London bridge station. Coffee is good as Caffe Nero coffee. The downside is the size, quite small with a few tables but manageable. Tables have double sockets for charging phones or laptops. It is busy at the counter but the side room is quiet enough. Does not offer proper cups but only takeaway. The service could do with some improvement as some of the staff is not great at customer service. The croissants would be nice if warm for the price you paid them. One negative is that on a cold day I was sitting at a table with cold air blowing on my neck. As said a convenient spot with good coffee so for sure I will call again in the future.

Paid this morning for flat white with hazelnut syrup. The lady shouted out my order, on the way to work, I found that there was no syrup. Scammers

Caffè Nero at London Bridge Station is a convenient spot with a cozy atmosphere, making it a good place to work or relax. The coffee is decent, but the service could be improved. The pre-packaged pastries don?t look very appealing, which is a bit disappointing. Handy stop for a quick coffee.

Nice Neros, a bit hidden away if you don't know its there despite being in such a busy area. The inside is much larger than it looks from outside. Chairs and tables a pretty reasonable for a short visit and warm up. Staff fairly nice and service is quick.
