Great place for a stop. Great coffee and sweets, outside tables for relaxing on a great passage, have a hot or cold coffee and a smoke while looking at the Golden Hinde!

Great cafe spot with a view of the Thames and an old ship. With the addition of two floors... The atmosphere is generally okay nothing special basically you're typical coffee chain. The service is very good very friendly and fast ???

They just ignored me. Too busy cleaning their work surface. Talking about getting their break. I had 2 tire kids with me . I would never get such bad service in any of my local cafe Nero?s. Bad hires. Asian lady in 20s was the problem.

The worst latte of my life! It tasted like mud. The staff was also horrible. They refused to make my coffee in a normal cup instead of the to go cup, even though they had them (the staff was too annoyed to do the dishes). There were so much rubbish on all of the tables, even though there were like three customers, so they had plenty of time to at least pick up some cups. And the toilet! Ew. Used toilet paper all over the floor everywhere. The whole experience was just tragic and disgusting. Never again.

Doesn't let you use the toilet and was asked to wait for 30 minutes with an excuse that they need to clean. I don't understand why you need 30 minutes to clean one single toilet.

Arrived at 10 o/clock Saturday morning 8/2/2025....seats were all outside (although weather was not good)...tried to enter only to find message on the door....Closed until 10: 30 due to break. I then found another coffee shop and had a great coffee.....
