Since this reopened I?ve been generally unimpressed- selling items they don?t have then having to get refunds, slow service and any subs management who treat staff appallingly in front of customers. Overall it?s convenient but that?s about all I can say - I?ve yet to have anything but negative experiences.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor fully accessible - however main seated dining area is upstairs

I had a cheeseburger which was dry and tastless for £ 4.99 and an orange juice which was £ 3.65. I think £ 8.65 was a daylight robbery. Food was rubbish !!!

Absolutely useless, unhelpful, robotic staff!Had already tried to use a machine to customise a meal, but customisation wouldn?t allow to add extra sauce.Then waited at the tills for 5 minutes while servers were focused on packing orders.When finally served by an older gentleman (skinny, 6ft, wore a cap and had white hair starting to come through his hair and beard), advised he would only serve me if I was paying cash otherwise I could use one of the self service machines.Told him I wanted to add extra sauce to a burger, to which he said to use the machine again and just walked off.Left and ate elsewhere. Definitely won?t be visiting this location again.

Employees are refuse to take order in a very rude and unprofessional way. Maximum employees are so rude in their doesn?t know how to behave.

Food was just edible ie any colder and it wouldnt be...... its a station so atmosphere depends on whats happening..... with protests at mo (25/11/23) it wasnt good.... use to be much better before they refurbished it.... might have caught it on a bad day..... wont be rushing back tho and i work at the

I know these branches are always a joke in built up areas but these guys take the micky out of people?.i went in to get a double cheese burger?lady said we dont do that here but i can remove the bacon from a bacon double cheeseburger, she then said it would be over 6 quid ???it should be less than 3 quid realistically, they dont even do a normal cheeseburger, they rig their menu to only include the most expensive items and you guessed it they dont do promos nor vouchers, how burger king allow branches to do this is disgusting?i know youre only buying the brand name when you open up a burger king but frankly there should be rules against things like this?this along with Feltham are the worst branches ive ever been to, absolutely atrocious.

Very bad costumer servingI waited 15 minutes for order to pop up on screen and say is ready, then went to counter and they took my receipt to start the order process only then!

Pretty decent for a train station eatery. Food was fresh although fries were a little cold. Decent amount of seating but note there are no toilets.

Very quick to order and get our food. Limited seating downstairs but a large comfortable seating area upstairs. Clean and bright. Polite and efficient staff. Food was hot and delicious and makes McDonald's look very inferior. A bit pricey, but well worth a visit.Parking: There may be paid parking available locally but much easier to go on foot. Rail and bus services running every couple of minutes.

Fast food= pay fast, and wait forever-for a super low standard meal, the new fast is actually very slow! The staff tried though! The screen wouldn?t even work. You are better off having a burrito next door!

If your train departs in less than 30 minutes don't bother. The concept of fast food has entirely passed this franchise by. Modern day highway robbery? Just about. If you don't have the time to process a refund then theoretically they never need to cook any food.

Poor service from staff. Order failed to process at self service screen to headed to tills where I was ignored by staff who were engaged in their own gossip. They then told me the order had not gone through and wanted me to pay again despite having proof the payment had been taken at the self service screen. Staff member serving me then walked away whilst helping and gave me no further information. Prices also drastically hiked up due to location. Would not recommend.

Understaffed. 15mins to get order. Nowhere near speedy enough when trying to catch a train. To be fair to the staff that are there they were very pleasant.
