Lorna and Kane should get Nat West customer service awards, or be promoted, or receive a massive pay rise, or at least be totally praised, absolutely stunning service, super helpful, very friendly, totally professional and also the loveliest welcome ever. I have never walked out of London Bridge Branch happier than when I walked in, apart from last week. Thanks Kane and Lorna, you both go above and beyond and if there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would be leaving so many more....”

“Spoke with Richard who kindly assist me in depositing my cash to my account. Since I forgot to bring my card he guided me to line up and get it sorted in the counter. Took me less than 15mins for the whole process. Did it on a Monday at 2pm. They are open only on weekdays until 3pm. Service was great despite the bad reviews online.”

“Wouldn’t usually rate a petrol station however it had a toilet which I was desperate for - so writing this review with a very grateful fame of mind ? There was a deal on drinks 2 for £3 saving quite a bit of money if you went for the expensive ones. Petrol was only 1p more than what I paid at Tesco a few days earlier which isn’t bad for London. Guy behind the till was very friendly, got talking about Sir Lanka which I’ve visited where he came from.”

“I visited the store today for the first time in a few years, with my 96 year old father. I was a bit worried having read previous reviews, but my experience was excellent. The aisles are nice and wide, I didn't notice any boxes left on the floors in the aisles. Staff who were stacking shelves moved aside to let my father pass. The Bistro range is excellent value for money. And I was pleased that self checkouts were mostly cash and card.”
