I went to the ASDA pharmacy today in urgent need of an emergency supply of my mental health medication. The pharmacist and assistant refused to help, even though they had the ability to provide it. When I spoke to 111, I was told it was entirely the pharmacist?s decision ? and they chose not to give me the medication I needed.
Their only reasoning was that I had a prescription at another pharmacy, which was closed by the time I was able to get there. This lack of care and compassion left me without vital medication when I needed it most.
I will be following this up with an official complaint.

The staffs provides good customer service.
But BELETU is exceptional, she she's me, smile and the next thing is my prescription. Before asking me to confirm my name and address. She always makes me feel good anytime I go for my prescription.

I came to order a special medication, which was much cheaper at Asda pharmacy than elsewhere. I needed it urgently but I knew that it normally took a few days before it?s delivered. The pharmacy?s manager was kind and extremely helpful - she took her time checking the stock and she found a few ampoules which were sufficient to supply me for a few days until the remainder has been delivered. I?m very grateful to her and will definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Cant believe they have taken away 3 disabled bays to put a Timpsons in their place. When i phoned to ask about this i was told that the 3 disabled bays were now in the main car park. This means that disabled customers now have to get through a busy car park and cross a busy road to get to the store. Surely common sense would have told these people who make these decisions that Timpsons could have gone in the main car park.

Hats off to the staff at ASDA Pharmacy. It was the 5th pharmacy I went to looking for some tablets. None here either. BUT (a) they bothered to explain why - there had been a supply problem for months and everyone was running out - so I didn't waste my time elsewhere. AND (b) they bothered to find a generic replacement for me, and carefully checked online that it was the right active ingredient in the correct dose that I needed. The two staff members - a lady and a young gentleman - were friendly, helpful, informative and simply *professional*.

Terrible service and rude staff,a man who have NSH badge on Sunday 28 May 2023.I Kindly ask about my prescriptions and request how to have message alert on the phone once prescriptions is already to collect. He told me by shouting I have no prescriptions and can't have message alert due to I don't have prescriptions here.I understand my prescriptions is not ready to collect yet but try to explain about I always come to collect my prescriptions here and how to have message alerts in the future once prescriptions is ready to collect. He is not listen but keep saying the same. A part from that he been rude to his colleagues and try to control everything and bossy to her.

Very helpful indeed when we ran out of medication and had no prescription ? only realising at 8.30 pm on a Saturday night!Was fearing a trip to the hospital to get an emergency prescription, but I needn?t have. I took the empty packet to the Asda pharmacy, spoke to the helpful pharmacist, and within 15 minutes I had a month?s supply of the medication!

Never answer the phone, call repeatedly at quiet times and they put the phone down. Refuse to help by ordering prescriptions or taking payment in advance to save a journey to the pharmacy. Don't carry medications needed meaning two trips are necessary to order and then collect.
