The Asda Pharmacy at this Old Kent Road store are a total disgrace. They all need training or firing. There have withheld medication from myself, told me to cancel my order and now they won't even answer the phones. Asda and Zava and there staff are an utter joke. Don't spend money in this store. If you've also experienced there lies and trickery and given them money don't cancel your order report the pharmacy and Asda and Zava to the GMC regards their unprofessional conduct.

I went to the pharmacy to collect my son's prescription and when it was my turn to be served I was initially told that his prescription wasn't there and then miraculously it appeared. I was then told after the person at the till went out to the back that it would be a 15 mins wait. When I questioned why it would take so long I was told there were people in front of me yet the only person in front of me had been served and left. Whilst I was waiting the person at the till went out to the back, got 2 prescriptions for 2 other people all whilst I still stood there waiting. After some time the pharmacist brought out my prescription and didn't even confirm any details with me and just handed the medication over. This particular person wasn't very friendly and had a bad attitude. Maybe some customer service skills need to be learnt.

One of the Store managers is useless. I wanted to return a faulty bin which states online if something is faulty you have 1 year to return! She refused and didn?t even come to speak to me, she just spoke to the lady at customer service on the phone.

On Saturday 12th July i had a online delivery when it arrived I was 3 items missing so I went on the website and claimed a refund only to be told it was declined. It this case you are stealing from your customers .if your pickers would stop watching videos and talking on there phones people would get wot there ordered. I work in a asda store at night and see this going on every day I can now see why this company is going down the pan you just care about customers at all.

Staff need to be trained for tolerance as some seem to live in village mentality vs London mentality. Like there are minorities not only based on religion if you get me.

Supposed to deliver my shopping 7-8pm? It's 9:30pm. Had to ring asda customer service to be told it's gone back to the store because of the 'van issues' what a Liberty? It's food not something that's not important ? hopefully you didn't do this to family's that used there last £ on this. Discusting not even a message to say what's happened.

I went to do my shopping with my 2 kids, and we spend more than 2 hours buys our groceries and some clothes and 1 week after I received a fine for exceed the allowed parking time. This is an awful approach to any client. I went there trying to save money and I ended up expending more than ever with a £100 fine

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent online shopping experience with Asda.
I placed a delivery order expecting it to arrive between 8 PM and 9 PM, as I am traveling tomorrow. However, the app continually displayed messages indicating that my delivery was running late, and despite waiting until 11 PM, my order never arrived.
The next day, the app indicated that my order had been delivered, but I never received it and did not receive any email confirmation or a survey to share my experience. This is simply unacceptable. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, but the first representative I spoke with failed to send any confirmation email regarding the refund. I had to call twice just to ensure the matter was addressed properly.
This entire ordeal has been incredibly distressing for me. I needed those groceries for my trip, and the lack of communication and support from your team has made my life extremely difficult over the past 24 hours.

This store has been going downhill for quite a while now with rude, surly & disinterested staff which seems to be endemic if the behaviour of one of the managers recently was anything to go by. A couple of nights ago I was almost bowled over as he barged past me yelling into his mobile phone. Today I had to pop in twice once to get a couple of reusable shopping bags and a second time to pick up a few bits & bobs for supper. Buying the reusable bags was a chore beyond belief with the assistant treating as if I was taking her own personal stuff. She even followed me to the till to ensure they were scanned in! On my second shop as I was perusing the bread section another assistant rudely barged between myself and the produce display without a word of apology. The store itself can be an eyesore but nothing compares to the toilets which are among some of the worst for cleanliness & security I?ve encountered anywhere in the world. The accessible toilet constantly leaks or is closed to users. The women?s toilets are often covered in human faeces or urine. I?ve even walked in there to find males making use of the facilities. This store is frankly shocking.
Update: The toilets were recently renovated but have already been seriously vandalised. The seats were removed from all the seats in the women?s toilets and now some of the doors have been smashed off. I?m also worried about the safety of these toilets as on more than one occasion I?ve gone to use them and found male customers in there! Reported this to security but they just shrugged their shoulders.

Extremely rude staff, accused us of stealing a jacket we walked in with, that we had brought a week earlier, then basically ran after us to accuse us of theft again.
Then tried to turn the situation around on us like we were the ones with the attitude after being accused of theft twice,
We come here on a weekly basis, not going to anymore
Just because we dress Alternativly with large boots and chains and dressed all in black we must be thieves, absolutely disgusting
