Had a really bad experience at Argos Old Kent Road today. The disappointing part is that it was with a manager named Mike. He made it seem like the 30-day return policy doesn?t apply, which was really frustrating.
I bought a poor-quality product and just wanted to return it, but ended up having to use the insurance I paid extra for just to get a refund. Felt like I was being misled about the return policy.
Not what I expected from a manager. Definitely made me rethink shopping at Argos.

Bought a game for my dyslexic brother for his birthday. Took it home for him. he opened realising there was no game inside. Only a download code. So brother didn't want it. Went to return it back within 30 mins was told no coz the package was opened even though the game voucher hadn't been used. Very disappointed didn't even give me an option to swap or anything. Not helpful service at all and won't be buying from argos again. Will tell my friends not to avoid using also

I went this shop to exchange a blender we bought. Matz did a fantastic job, she had time for us to go through all replacement process, She will be a great manager there, we also met Nathaniel one of her colleagues, his attitude wasn?t good, his way of interacting with us was very bad, he needs to relax on how to approach or talk to customers?

My aunt bought a fan and we had no idea the bits and bolts were already in the fan. We had a very helpful man name Nate (I think) he was so lovely assembling the fan for my aunt and was very patient Its hard to find good quality customer service support.

On 14 April around 6pm, I bought a Samsung phone and was served by a gentleman called Michael / Mike.
He was very helpful and patient whilst I was there for an hour or so transferring data from my old phone. He kindly helped as I didn't have a clue what to do.
During my time I observed him serving customers. He was very professional, and dealt with each customer exactly how they deserved, even when there were rude customers complaining about products they wanted to refund. He handled them accordingly and veer professionally.
Being front line customer service staff, Michael / Mike sets a very good example.

The customer service representative told me that I couldn't return the product just because the case was broken, even though the product itself was in perfect condition. I'm sure they have extra bags that they could use to replace the damaged one. I wasted 2 hours driving there and back to make the return, but he didn't care. Terrible customer service.

I?ve recently had to come in a few times in the last week because of issues with something I purchased. Meem, one of the staff members who I dealt with was extremely helpful and polite and sorted everything really quickly.

Argos Old Kent Road !!!! What can I say ??? Tried to buy a washing machine and was unsuccessful.Due to Argos?s terms and conditions. Certain things have certain cover so, it was unsuccessful. The team in there are absolutely brilliant. They were so helpful and went above and beyond. The Manager Mike (Magic) tried every avenue to seal the deal but unfortunately there was nothing in stock or nothing for a simple buy and insurance. Thank you so much for you?re support and help team Argos?? Stay as you are?... QUALITY ???? I would only give Argos 2 STARS as a company. But employees 5 STARS ???
