Took forever to get served and when we eventually did it certainly wasn?t with a smile. Not much seating indoors if just having a drink as most tables are for eating. Plenty of seats on the terrace if it?s a warm day.

We visited this bar expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, the service was a complete letdown. When we arrived, the bar was almost empty, yet after being seated, we had to wait before anyone even took our order.
Ten minutes later, another waiter came and asked if we wanted to order drinks?despite the fact that we already had. We politely let them know, but still, our drinks never arrived. After another long wait, we had to ask the staff where our order was. We were told it would be ?chased up,? yet after another ten minutes, there was still no sign of our drinks.
In the end, we had to leave without receiving anything. With the bar not even being busy, this level of service was unacceptable. A completely disappointing experience.

I really like this place. It's modern, lots of space between tables, good loos and I'm a fan of their chips. However today was a bit disappointing because of the volume of the music. It was a bit too 'clubby' for me and too loud. It was lunchtime and my friend and I wanted to talk. However, the music was so loud with a thud thud beat that after our meal we gave up and went somewhere else for coffee.
I can understand why this might be fun in the evening - although still not for me - but at lunch on Mother's Day when quite a few of the customers were older it was all a bit much. I'm really not into yelling over it.
Was the volume to amuse the staff or for the customers? I did wonder who it was for.

Had the set Xmas lunch menu with my colleagues. Starter - Panko fried prawns - I have never seen such small prawns at a restaurant. They were overcooked, dry and rubbery. The main and dessert were ok. I thought it was a bit pricey for the quality.

Fab for drinks outside on previous visits. Evening dining a let down. Little food choice, had to buy nuts as a snack before heading elsewhere to eat! Such a let down.

This restaurant is very deceiving. Nicely decorated, nice setting, nice looking food. I came here with two family members. My aunt ordered a dish that I forgot the name of but it contained steak and shrimp . She said that the steak was extremely chewy and she didn?t like it so she spent extra money on ordering another meal. After eating we were waiting for one of my family members to return from the bathroom and i was on my phone. My aunt told me that she had just witnessed a female worker take a family?s leftover drinks in the table in front of us after they left, and she poured the leftover drinks into one new glass cup and then poured the combined leftovers into another glass with ice and served it to ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I am absolutely disgusted and sick from this. I spent £135 for this. I pray for the person?s health that drank the leftover wines.

Turkey was dry. Vegetables raw. Little to no gravy. However the Brie starter and brownie dessert was nice as well as the service.
