We had the best bottomless brunch, Moses was looking after us and he was amazing! Could not have done more for us - he is the best! The food was nice, nothing special but the service and drinks completely made up for it.

Lindsay did a wonderful job keeping everything moving for us at dinner. She and all the staff were attentive and responsive to all our needs. The food was well prepared and tasted great.

Likely the worse dining experience I?ve had in London. Came here with work colleagues and order the charcuterie and bottle of wine for apps with entrees to follow on the table app. 10 minutes later?I get us waters from the bar as we haven?t seen anyone. 15 minutes later our entrees arrive. Still no wine or appetizers. We ask about it and was told that was not his job but he?d check on the wine. Wait some more and halfway thru entrees we have a charcuterie board shoved onto our tiny table with entrees. Still no wine. Finally the order that should have been served first shows up (red wine bottle in a bucket/2 glasses) unceremoniously on top of the charcuterie board. No apology, no acknowledgment that at this point that we are all visibly annoyed. The food was average, I?ve had better serve from door dash and the chair I sat on had a lovely gum stain. As a former server, this is an absolute shame and horrible way to run a business. Do better.

The nachos were catastrophic!! We waited 35 minutes for a glass of water, the staff was unfriendly, the rather firm woman (no offense intended) touched me and was very, very rude!!! The toilet was unclean I don't recommend All Bar One in Waterloo to anyone!

Astonished and uncomfortable when waitress Grace asked for one of our phones and proceeded to write herself a 5 star review and only returned the phone after she submitted this. Probably a bar-wide practice so I wouldn?t trust their rating, this is outrageously dishonest.

Zero, I didn't like anything, I ordered 2 beers and a snack that took a while to arrive, I asked 3 employees about my order, none of them knew anything, in the end it came, it didn't exceed my expectations, I didn't like it and then I left without eating. Because I forgot something inside I went back. The manager apologized and gave me my money back.

Booked a table on the day for 6:30 pm. Show up, waiting while 2 managers try to find the booking, eventually say it isn?t in the system (we did show confirmation.) We end up on a high top. Orders only taken via QR code and table number. Food arrived, no drinks. Server gets the manager who questions if we ordered any drinks with our food? Sure, we came to a bar just for the cauliflower bites. As they are scratching their heads, another server arrives with our wine- ?Sorry, the ticket didn?t print up.? The systems don?t work, the team don?t seem able to sort out the glitches, just keep asking you to show on your phone that you booked a table, ordered drinks. The actual server was trying her best to be helpful but the leadership and the software were completely useless. Noisy, crowded and non functioning. It?s a shame. Cauliflower bites were nice.
