I went to Waterloo accessorise today evening and met this wonderful staff Esther who was very humble and helpful. I bought few gifts and she patiently packed each gift for me. Helpful staff are always good to have around. I would definitely recommend shopping here with Esther

One of the best Accessorize(s) in London. Small, but Mighty! Sherell was an absolute delight and we all ended up spending far more than we had planned (as she discretely pointed out things we didn?t know we desperately needed. Such fun!) I?d almost forgotten what excellent customer service looks like. Thanks Sherell and thanks Accessorize!

Went in this morning for a last minute purchase and Michelle was just great! It was so early in the morning but she had a fantastic energy and a lovely smile along with being friendly and polite! Interacting with her definitely made my day!

The cashier was giving me a dirty look the moment I walked in, I think she woke up on the wrong side of the floor.
I then realised I purchased the wrong bag and wanted to exchange it for a dark blue bag rather than black to match my dress for a wedding today.
When I returned to exchange it she saw me and ignored me for 5 minutes while I waited at the counter, she then said to me. That both bags are black and made me feel bad for wanting to exchange even though they were the same price
She refused to give me a receipt, I feel like I was mistreated , I?m not sure if she was in a bad mood or she just didn?t like me but I felt uncomfortable the entire time :(

I wish to give more than five stars, but I can not do it technically.In the same time I want give under zero stars for the manager (probably!?).Yesterday I visited the shop where there a boy from the staff was extremely kind.I made my purchase and while I exit from the shop I heard how rude the manager (probably, concluding by the ton of voice) explained to him how to place the jewellery correctly.Dear management, working under your pressure and stress is the great loss of time for someone who is respectful to the others and to own self. This man deserves much better place where the customers will enjoy the staff's kindness. A place, where the customers would not be disappointed to witness such an unpleasant scenery.Good luck to him.Two stars: 1 possible for negative experience and 1 more for the lovely man from the staff.

I have always enjoyed browsing and purchasing at this store in the past. More recently, I have found the staff to be condescending. Certainly not one of my favourites anymore.

RUDE RUDE RUDE Staff! Denied to give me NHS discount ( even after showing my badge and card)! she said it's up-to managers discretion and her manager was right behind her which she was unwilling to go and ask! I will never go here!
