Great little hotel, we stayed for the weekend, whilst visiting friends, ideal base for day trips into London.

Usual Travelodge in that it was clean, functional and with useful facilities nearby like pub/restaurant, Lidl store (great pastries) and rail station connecting to London Underground. Staff were the highlight however - particularly Jamel who was extremely helpful, friendly and a credit to Travelodge.

Jamel on reception was brilliant, really helpful and friendly, the room was spotless and hotel is right next to shops and a pub to grab something to eat. Check out is just returning your room card and takes two seconds.

I would highly recommend staying at the Belvedere Travelodge the staff are very friendly and attentive. They always available and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Would definitely stay again :)

There was a ?technical issue? with some of the rooms when I visited but I was offered an alternative when I arrived. The room had an a/c unit which was very welcome but there were no instructions as to how to use it. My room faced the pub across the Car Park so was a little noisy but nothing too of putting. All in all I think adequate sums it up. I would stay there again if I?m in the area, just not on a w/end when the prices seem a little excessive.

First room: very loud AC unit which sounded like a house alarm going off, toilet flush was iffy, no soap in one dispenser. The hallway doors are very loud you'll hear everyone like a prison cell slamming KA-CHUNK. Pub noise on one side til about 12:30am. Footsteps in the hallway are audible. 1st floor so room above were stomping around until 4-5am. Ask hotel manager to swap me to the top floor so I could sleep, he acted like it was a massive inconvenience, told me if I had any other issues he couldn't keep swapping rooms until I was happy. Like maybe if the room wasn't terrible I wouldn't need to? Seemed very rude to someone who was staying multiple days and just wanted to be able to sleep. 2nd room: AC less noisy but still too loud to leave on at night, road noise wasn't bad on the opposite side. Handsoap dispenser was empty. Less noisy on the top floor so was able to sleep at night thankfully, also was at the end of the hall because manager probably didn't want me to complain again. Otherwise a normal hotel stay, beds are hotel beds so they are not comfortable really. 4 pillows per room. Bathroom is tiny. Reception had a hole kicked in the wall and a smashed door window. Parking was not a problem though and seemed like there were spaces available at all times. Decent routes into city: take the 180 bus which is a 2 minute walk to Abbey Road tube station. Can also take the 180 all the way to North Greenwich where the O2 arena is.

If you are prepared for extremely noisy neighbours, joy riders at 3am, issues with people in your room and managers knocking on your door at 7:30am to remind you you are leaving today then this is the hotel for you!!!!

Dirty, broken hotel with terrible service. My room card didn?t work and hotel staff was nowhere. Had to wait for another customer to let me in.Rooms: Shower was small only one chair yet four mugs small table, no room card holder.Nearby activities: In the middle of nowhere was the restaurant next door Lidl and Starbucks drive thru.

This is the 2nd time I visited this hotel whilst visiting family. Had an issue first night but staff sorted it out very quickly. It's the usual basic travelodge. Only complaint was the guy who checked us in didn't lift his head to speak to us. Had a hoodie on and just looked a computer. So in my opinion not good in customer service

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Easy to get to with good access to the main roads. There was free car parking, some of which was undercover. Room had air conditioning, but also had windows that could be opened for fresh air if required.

The hotel was situated within a walking distance of a Starbucks & Morgan Pub. The receptionist Anthony was kind and very enthusiastic, defiantly the highlight of the stay. The room was clean, and as expected for a travel lodge. I must however rate the hotel at a 3 star as when I arrived there was rubbish bags left inside the corridor, which left a nasty smell.

Basic but fine for an overnight stay. Starbuck, lidl and a pub next door. Short walk to railway station. Further out of central london than i thought from looking at a map, but that was my fault for not understanding the area.

The room was very neat, customer service was well planned and the location is not too far from the bus and train station for people to access the public transport.
