I’ve been living here for 3 years. During this time, there has been a lot of staff turnover. The current team is always smiling, but unfortunately, it sometimes feels like the attitude isn’t entirely genuine.

Rude woman on the counter at 3.30 on Thursdays the 12 june took my necker card dropped it on counter didn't bother helping me as I am disabled I won't bother going back in there again speak to you very rude

This shop sends wrong items on online orders rather than saying it’s out of stock or offering alternatives (customer choice) . Two times I’ve done a big formula shop just to receive the formula my child can’t have very unprofessional and waste of money.
