Absolutely disgusting service. Have ordered from here for years but won't anymore.
We normally order the same stuff however today the order arrived wrong. No problem! Phone and get it sorted! NOT AT ALL!. They supplied chicken poppers rather than potato tots, with my chicken wings as a side.
The manager told my wife that she ordered them, my wife is a vegetarian and I was sat next to her when ordering, she didn't order them, she quite clearly said potato tots and chicken wings as a side.
The manager had the cheek to say he checked with her twice when she ordered that she said chicken poppers which is an outright lie.
She said check our previous orders, we have never ordered chicken poppers and always order potato tots as a side as she is vegetarian to go with the standard pizza she always has.
He was so rude. Over chicken wedges ffs.
Absolutely joke! Getting a side wrong, no big deal. Customer service an absolute joke to lie to the customer.

Really great experience with Papa Johns, we had not ordered them for years and usually go to competitors, but we wanted to try the Bombay spice pizza and were not disappointed. Highly recommended, give them a try!

Ordered a meal from them when i spoke to they guy on the phone he said the driver will be with me in 5 minutes where i live is hard to find so i waited outside 15 minutes passes and i call again the guy then says the driver forgot a pizza and had to turn back then the guy just drops the call on me.

DONT ORDER HERE, try the one in woolwich. The pizza and jalapenos bites weren't done properly and had to put it in the oven. I know how the jalapenos bites are meant to look cause i always order it back in west london, (this is my first time ordering from belvedere), and they look smaller and the dough was basically undone. I was suspicious on how quickly they made it when i was tracking my order online, which was under 10 minutes, that was my first clue. They werent too nice either on the phone when i called to complain and pizza box didnt come with a seal, would give 0 stars if i could.

Death of the pizza! Don't order a veggie sizzler! I like hot but this is ridiculous! Overwhelmed with chilli sauce! Even too hot for me and people complain I make my food hot! A shame as I thought cauliflower wings were nice!Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings nice
