There is one member of staff who has a real attitude problem. Can you imagine watching a customer unload all their shopping at a till, to then close the till and expect the customer to take all their goods and go to another till and start again??? Clearly needs training or to be fired. She is so rude. Customer service offered a £10 voucher as an apology.Avoid like the plague

Love Lidl since I started venturing to do my main shops. Was using Asda for a long time until I chose to compare and see what it was like. Haven?t been back to Asda since.Lidls prices down to the quality of the food is spot on! The fresh bakery is of course everyone?s favourite and my gosh, I see why! So tasty. Again, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend giving Lidl a try if you haven?t already.

This review is about Lidl customer services regarding two products purchased here. The store deserves 5 out of 5... bright, clean, always easy to be served, and the staff are faultless - excellent. However, customer services is shocking. The complaint relates to foreign objects picked up in their cereal which was dirty. Their emails are generic and appear to have been copy-and-pasted from an open document bearing no relevance to my emails. Questions are not answered and fears are not quelled concerning food quality.Update: I only managed to escalate my complaint once I started raising this outside Lidl. I would like to think that I will hear something concerning that samples I sent to them but I am not holding my breath. I hope that Lidl will learn from this.Grateful for the £20 voucher, to use in their store. However, four months have passed and we still have not had the promised apology or followup. My suspicions are that the voucher was simply to shut me up rather than help me. Not one of my issues raised have been dealt with.

The checkout scanners are ok during the week, but at the weekend the cue goes halfway to the rear of the store. So I only go on a weekday.Ample parking

Staff are useless and rude.A complete lack of awareness and regard for hygiene.Self checkout does not list all bakery items & requires staff intervention to manually enter item code - erasing previous items - where they will assume it is intentional. Checkout system is incomplete & process & training exacerbates the problem

Generally good, odd layout with the middle of lidl offers often sold out. Lots of self serve tills can get busy
