ASDA Belvedere is the nearest supermarket to my home. Every time I order online via Just eat, they send rancid and expired food and vegetables. A few items are also missing each time. I wonder if that branch has a manager at all?
Does anyone supervise how they treat their customers?
Do they even check the items before sending?
It is always disappointing.

Terrible customer service at Asda Belvedere
I had a very disappointing experience at Asda Belvedere when trying to return some clothing items I had purchased on sale. Before buying, I specifically asked a staff member in the clothing section if the items were returnable. She assured me that as long as I had the receipt, the original packaging, and all labels intact, I could return them.
The next day, when I went back to return them, I was told I couldn?t. I explained that a staff member had confirmed otherwise, even describing what she looked like. Instead of trying to help, three employees stood there talking about me as if I wasn?t there, which was extremely unprofessional.
When the manager finally arrived, she was incredibly rude. I explained the situation again, but she dismissed it, saying it wasn?t her problem what staff had told me. She even tried to claim that no one matching my description worked there at that time. Another employee from the self-checkout area randomly joined the conversation, talking over the manager and trying to explain the situation in a condescending way, as if I couldn?t understand.
In the end, when I asked for written proof of the policy stating sale items couldn?t be returned, they had nothing to show me?because no such policy was visible in-store or online. Since they couldn?t justify their claim, they reluctantly processed my return.
The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily difficult. The lack of proper training and the rude attitude of the staff, especially the manager and the self-checkout employee, were unacceptable.

Arrive 20 minutes before closing with the need to grab some quick groceries after a busy day to be greeted by the shutters being down on the entrance and having to duck under the other one to be able to get in.
Security guard made a point of picking me to tell there is only 10 minutes so not worth going in. Working late means I have always shopped at these times and am always out the door within 10 minutes. Gate to get through is also not open so changed mind only to then start being verbally abused by the security guard.
Team are totally unprofessional. If the store needs to close earlier they should just advertise or close it.
Inappropriate language and aggressive members of staff, would not recommend visiting to anyone. Have been feeling for a few weeks that service is getting worse, fresh fruit is pretty bad and prices are going up.

NEVER BUY FRESH MEAT HERE. It's always bad and goes off well before use by date.
I refuse to go to this store now.
Managers and staff using Disabled parking bays, which is disgusting.
Customer service is non-existent.
The store has gone downhill fast.

Had to wait 30 minutes to return Amazon parcel. Nobody manning the customer service desk. I asked another member of staff who told me to ring the buzzer. When I said there was no buzzer there, she ignored me. After another 5 mins, she walked over and took the buzzer from behind the counter where it had clearly been hidden and plonked it on the counter. Had to wait anther 10 minutes after pressing it continuously before somebody finally appeared. All staff were really rude and don?t even communicate with each other let alone customers.

Worst shop ever been in. I even ask to see the manager she said we have none. So I ask if anyone can help she said no staff. We sent them all home. Waited 25 min to pick up click and collect. She brought it out when I got home the saucepans so damaged all miss shaped. The lids would not go on them because of misshaped Look like someone been jumping on them. I phoned to complain and women said take it back to store for refund. I said that they should be pick up becausenits faulted not my fault and that
Is 3.00 there and £3.00 back. And they offered nothing . She said that's what u have to do. I always have problems in this store. To be honest the staff are so overworked i don't even know how they even put up with how thy are treated. Less staff more work. Since the brothers took over company have been going down hill. Be careful with so called fresh meat. On two occasions recently both chicken and lamb were rancid, and had to be thrown away. They seem to periodically have issues with chilled cabinets, but this is no excuse. Customer service appalling, and totally ignore the issue.

What are ASDA going to do about people taking home shopping carts. Is it so expensive to install a magnet system. My road and surrounding roads are littered with them.
