First time going and I'm so happy how my nails turned out. They service by booking and keeping to time, the price was decent for what I wanted to have done. Customer service was great, I literally have no complaints. Thank you, would definitely be coming again.

I?ve been going to Heather for nearly 3 years now for my lashes and I could not imagine going anywhere else. She?s meticulous in her approach and has been able to adapt different style of lashes on my eye shape that would suit my needs (or event that I?m going to). Her attention to detail and professionalism is the reason why I have continuously returned to her time and time again! I cannot recommend her enough.

Very professional, great quality of work
Unfortunately the nails of first picture only lasted 12 days and had to go second time quite soon and left with the second picture. The service was very low quality and not ?5 star?. Definitely did not get the nails I wanted. Rude and not helpful staff. Shame

They unfortunately didn?t put my appointment down which I booked over the phone. It meant I didn?t get exactly what I wanted and my whole experience was rushed

Absolutely love this nail spar my second time of visiting the establishment. The care and attention from the staff is amazing. As a black woman I felt a bit overwhelmed to walking into the salon, however the kindness and attention from the staff is the best I have experienced in a long time and will definitely visit again now that i have 2 stamps on my loyalty card ? thank you.
Cleanliness: Very clean they always clean the tables after each customer and equipment is cleaned after each service

So happy with my nails this morning, had a lovely lady very friendly, gentle and professional. It had been a fair few years since I?d had my nails done (had come here before) and I?m so happy I came back. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look (SNS) she paid great attention to what I wanted and did an excellent job. I look forward to coming back, thank you so much xx

I?ve been coming to 5* for over a year every 2 weeks and the service is amazing and timely. Everyone is friendly and there are a wide range of colours. You can bring any design inspiration and it?ll be done to such a high standard. Nail techs really care about your nail health and always offer helpful suggestions :)
