2 stars for poor customer service. I was asking for an advice and I was told to read the label of the products. Which is true...but still, doesn't take much to show a bit interest. Big fan of whickes in general but this was the last time I will use the one in catford. Very displeased with my experience.

Customer service is shockingly bad! Messy floors, shop never fully stocked and colleagues who just don't care about customers. You have to find them to ask a questions as they gather by the tills and chat away. They never check if they have a products, they are walking talking inventory trackers - ?thats a last one?
Never heard hi, bye or thank you. Just bad!

Useless, waited all day for a delivery that didn?t come, never returned emails. Finally got though to customer service and they not only didn?t care or help but were rude. Still no idea if my delivery is even coming

Not great, no mixer machine, not much staff, they just stand around chatting and laughing.. I had to get their attention to help me!
Think I'll stick to the Greenwich/ Blackheath, better staff, mixing machine and you don't need to get their attention by looking at them or shouting, helloo, is anyone working today?! Won't be going back.

I went there to buy a working shoe and the cashier forgot to remove the tag and I myself didn't recognize until I got home so I went back and met this amazing woman cashier who help me immediately and I'm off again lmao.

Couldn't find anyone available in the kitchen department, someone had to drop out of a meeting to say they can't really help as most of the kitchens are designed with old stock that aren't available.. wickes please update your showroom with what's available so you can sell

Sales assistant at the store is very helpful but some of the staff work in in the floor area unhelpful

Although Wickes staff are kind and helpful/friendly in store.
There is a right turn into the store that is illegal and has a camera to catch unaware motorists.
The signage is very discreet and there is no sign on the actual place you turn in. The signage is 20 meters behind you.
I went to this Wickes 4 times before being told I was being filmed by another tradesman.
If Wickes cared about its customers it should be onto the local authority to make it clearer. As almost everyone that turns right there is going to Wickes.
I know Wickes didn?t create this sneaky money making scheme it?s the local authority but I feel Wickes have a duty of care to its loyal customers and should take it up. Otherwise many of us will be paying a fine when we visit your store.
