This morning I went to Catford bridge branch to order for home delivery .I asked one of the staff and he told me he is very busy and need to wait for some hours.To be honest it wasn't at all busy and it takes maximum 5 minutes to order my staff.Very disappointed and left without order .

Lots of selection but near enough everything over the value of £5 is locked to the shelf and requires a staff member to release it. Doesn't lend to a great shopping experience sadly

Just awful. Bathroom designer May is shockingly rude, store manager doesn?t care or even bother to return phone calls. Ended up being refunded as they were so incompetent.

Totally outrageous service from the design woman May Louise Tokatly, not just once but twice we was on the receiving end of this woman bad manners ,it was as if she was trying as hard as she could not to get our business, we was after a Kitchen supplied and fitted and also a new shower room so because of her rude and unprofessional attitude they have lost quite a bit of work from us, if she is like this with us when we are trying to buy from them then what is the actual fitters going to be like when it comes to fitting the Kitchen and bathroom, wicks does not have thew best of repartitions when it comes to Kitchens and service and this woman is certainly not helping thats for sure, best keep away from these as they just dont care,

Worked with kitchen designer. Design experience was terrible. Designer fought and argued for her own ideas when we were asking for something else. Service and delivery experience was horrendous. Delivered wrong items. Missing delivery items. Pieces based on their own design didn't fit. Grateful I did not work with their installers.

Pretty poor. Went via customer service to book an appointment for a home visit for a full bathroom fit out which was booked in. The appointment was scheduled for 3.30 but no one turned up and when i spoke to the store they said they didnt do home visits and were worried about traffic. Wont be using for our bathroom as not a good start.

Closing times for Saturday are wrong (7pm instead of 8pm). They didn't seem to care and would prefer to annoy lots of their customers instead "we have no contact with google" i was told! I think this store has given up.

9am on a bank holiday Monday and great service all round. Returned a click and collect order within 5 minutes, bought a load of new stuff and the security guard helped with a heavy trolley.

Staff seem very disorganised. I wanted Carper grippers and was left 10mins waiting for someone to get back to where i was asked to wait. No one came, had to go back to the help desk and found out no one was looking. Spent 20 mins in the end on buying these grippers
