Rude staff, ill never come vack ti this store again. And seeing the name Shaalan in lots of negative comments literally didn?t surprise me as he was same to me and his colleague Chris also habing the same rude attitude.
Disappointment level is literally 100%

Ridiculously rude staff, they don?t want to work at all. I?m very surprised that how come a big company like this can hire these kind of lazy people instead of working and taking orders from the customers they?ve been chatting in between them and when we ask them for anything they do not hesitate to call us idiot or even saying Shut up for a minute I?m really really really shocked. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

I drove 35 minutes to visit this store today, only to experience the most unacceptable and rude behavior from the staff. Despite the store being almost empty, with only me and one other customer, the staff rudely ordered me to stand on the other side. When I asked for a reason, another employee unnecessarily jumped into the conversation and told me the queue was for collections. However, they ended up serving me at the same till anyway.
Their attitude throughout was shocking. When I mentioned I would raise a complaint, instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, they raised their voices further and dismissively said, ?Do whatever you can do.? This kind of confidence shows there is likely no oversight of their customer service quality.
One of the staff members, named Shaalan, even called me an ?idiot,? which is completely unacceptable. When I asked another employee for their name, he claimed it was Chris, but I am unsure if that was true as he refused to show me his badge.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior before. I would like this matter to be addressed immediately.

I recently visited Catford Toolstation, and I have to say, the customer service I received from chaice was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very moment I stepped in, she welcomed me with such warmth and enthusiasm that I felt like a VIP. It?s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping each and every customer, but chaice went above and beyond in every possible way. She didn?t just assist me?she was invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed and felt completely confident in my choices.
Her product knowledge was outstanding, and her attention to detail was remarkable. She took the time to walk me through my options, giving honest, thoughtful advice that made everything so easy and stress-free. Products easy to obtain quickly. Catford staff unprofessional and more Interested in Talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers queuing. Guess that?s what happens when you have immature staff with no mature managers to supervise. Unacceptable foul language of the female staff talking loud 25th July 2024 in front of manager. I try to avoid this branch at all costs.

Service gone downhill. Been in at times and no-one is even standing behind the counter. Most recently went in there was one person serving someone with the huge order, even after waiting for 10 mins other staff member was only interested if i had done click and collect. At that point I wondered if doing an order to collect on my phone would have been quicker
