Ive literally never ordered from here and they've actually got my order right. Always missing things, always freezing and tastes like its been sat on the side for hours when it arrives.

The food was nice but took too long to be served 10mins I had to ask twice. No one had cleaned a few tables, with stuff on the floor and tthee staff took his sweetest times to come clean it and was smirking and moaning, it not his job i actually had to get a tissue and clean the table myself, not what I expected from mcdonald's franchise at all.

It was truly delightful to hear Ellie's cheerful demeanor while she was taking our order through the drive-thru speaker. It seemed as though her smile was audible. Individuals who possess such positive integrity and energy are certainly deserving of our utmost care and protection.

I went to the drive through on a Saturday night was greeted by the most pleasant person ever that I have experienced at a drive through. Lilly was so sweet and pleasant and such a pleasure to see outstanding customer service. You have a gem.

Food order extremely slow in the drive through. Waiting at ordering audio point for over 5mins while I the server had her microphone on and was just chatting to her coworker. Eventually after a few times of asking her she took my order after 5 min, the order came out 5 mins later. The receipt was correct but the food was wrong. All sausage and egg McMuffins came out with only egg in. So I drove around to correct this. And the whole process starts again with another circus of awful service this time waiting for 7 mins at the audio point this time. Some significant extra training needed for the serving staff and cooking staff and food delivery staff. A very different experience to what we have in other McDonalds around the country and around the world. It?s dragging down the quality expected and experienced at other venues
