I like Lidl, the problem is that the offers are limited in stock, all goes quickly..The downside to buying from this Lidl is that the parking experience is bad, with narrow bays that can cause scratches on other cars. vehicules

I'm shopping here almost everyday and 3 stars are for a team because they're always great and shop is clean but the new layout and new self checkout is awful. I waited couple of weeks to see if it's just me needed a time to get use to it but no, the new layout is just all over the place and self checkout go from easy to overcomplicated.

Fruit and veg goes off quickly. I make sure I go Tesco's for fresh produce. Supervisors and managers view customers as a hindrance.

Recently refurbished store layout. Staff seem to believe shoppers receive training. They need help. Perhaps staff should be guided in basic being helpful
