Just spoke to a man on the phone about a query I had about my car that I wanted them to have a look at and he kept interrupting me and ?answering? my question. But because he kept interrupting me and didn?t listen, he kept telling me the wrong information. He then abruptly put the phone down. Definitely won?t be booking with them now.
