One of the worse experiences I have ever had ordering anything. placed order on the 8th. week later nothing so decided to chase promised on multiple times by customer service that items where out for delivery but after 3 times of being lied to give up and canceled the order (18th by this point. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere totally useless.
Update:
I have already been in contact with customer service so they are aware just waiting for them to process my refund that they said they would do yesterday.... Will just do a charge back tomorrow as honestly don't even trust this place to do my refund

Low customer service. Asked them if they could wait for 10 minutes delay before closing this store. They agreed and when reached the store just 3-4 minutes after they closed, said lame reasons that could not serve that day but asked to come another day, just for online collection. They could have asked the number of the item and could have got it ready if somebody is delayed going that extra mile in service. And that too promising and then rejecting not good at all

Really disappointed with the express delivery service I ordered my car part on Thursday paid £5.95 extra for it to be delivered the next day on Friday between 8am-6pm did not receive my delivery. When I phoned I was told they will refund me the delivery charge and it will be delivered definitely the next day Saturday by 10am I am writing this review at exactly 12:05pm as I still haven?t received my order. I phoned the customer service already twice and I am being told it will be delivered today but they can?t give me an estimated time. I ordered express because I couldn?t drive my car and was expecting it the next day. We wasted a whole day at home waiting for it. Couldn?t go to work and I am not gonna receive a days pay and now on Saturday I wasted already half a day for the delivery. Really disappointed. It?s a shit show saying guarantee delivery next day and not delivering and no contact as to why it hasn?t been delivered. I will definitely never order for delivery and I advise you all don?t waste your money at this store.

Horrific. Returning a wrongly delivered part after waiting for the mistake to be rectified, I spent almost an hour waiting to get the exchange for the ordered part with the most unhelpful, uncommitted, not there for the customer individual I believe I?ve ever met.

Decent for quality parts but expect to be in line before being seen and after while waiting to collect.
Halfords offer better prices with their paid membership (cost is waived with a free MOT). Something to consider.
