This store can only be described as dilapidated. Stock piles up everywhere, rare to find an item with an accurate price. Staff confused and forget what they're doing in the middle of helping you.
Went to collect an item on click and collect which said it was in stock. Drove all the way there, turned out it wasn't in stock and someone had scanned it in inaccurately. Total waste of time.

Not the best laid out store, returns, rejected items in the aisles, public toilet is dire, overall store needs inspecting? The best alternative is the Greenwich branch, clean, tidy, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff.

Can be quite pricey. However, I love their products, so I guess the choice is yours. Gives insight into decor ideas.

I arrived at the store to collect my order and had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to try and locate the items. In the end I had to leave the store and return the next day to collect the items to give them more time to locate the products. However after leaving the store I then got an email from dunelm advising that 2 of my products were unavailable and only one was available for collection, meaning it was a waste of my time and I had to have them delivered instead which I wanted to avoid. When I returned the next day to collect the remaining product that was in stock I saw the other product that Dunelm said was out of stock on the store shelf. I went to the collection point to collect my other item that was in stock and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked a member of staff where my order was, the staff then advised me that it would take them another 10 minutes to get my order so I told them I didn?t have the time (I had family waiting in the car for what should have been a quick collection seeing as I gave them 2 days to find the product), so I asked for a refund instead as I was frustrated by this point. To which the staff told me the order was now marked as ?collected? on the system so they could not refund me and were now accusing me of theft and would need to check the CCTV before they would do anything for me. After 10 further minutes of waiting they then sheepishly brought my order out and told me their own staff member had placed the order in a store room by accident and marked it as received.
Completely unprofessional store, and during the many times that I had to wait around I also got to hear the junior staff openly bad-mouthing the store management in front of customers. It seems that the staff are also treated very badly.

Great store for soft furnishings and other home essentials and also ?just because? items.
Great parking for disabled and easy manoeuvring a wheelchair around the store.

Had an excellent experience with Saffron for our made-to-measure blinds and curtains order. She could not have been more helpful and patient. Our previous experiences during our initial enquiry and general shopping have also been really positive.

Asked a young girl called Georgina in Dunelms for some help re Teddy Bear Throws. Couldn't do enough for us abd helped us find the ones we wanted. Lovely girl and so so helpful. Credit to Dunelms

Ordered and paid for lampshades ready to collect in 2 hours. This offer is meaningless as the lampshades weren?t even there. I managed to find a damaged one on the shop floor and there was a display one but the staff wouldn?t let me buy it. Ended up paying for delivery despite driving there! What a waste of time. Will never bother visiting the IRL shop again - not good for business or their jobs!
