Location is more easy to get to by car, but if you're walking it's fine. Looks a bit dingy but pieces are well made. Slicing of the pizza is not great but tastes good

It was good. I?ve called to say I wanted two large pieces they done it they told me it was gonna be 45 minutes. I?ve arrived early and they were already there. The only thing stuff was a little bit rough it seems like they didn?t care about the customer. They only wanted the work done which I comprehend is summer but in terms of customer service I think they could?ve done better.

The service was atrocious. When asking simple and polite questions, I would get an angry or passive aggressive response. Very disappointing, much like the food. Especially when you?re working on a night shift.

I went at the Catford branch to order a pizza, apparently you can?t order gluten free pizza in store but online only. I tried to do that but explained that it doesn?t allow you to change the cheese to vegan cheese and they told me I can have regular cheese but I am intolerant. They said that if I can?t order it they can?t make it. I asked how is it possible that they offer gluten free pizza and vegan cheese but you can?t have them together? It makes no sense at all!! Never going back needless to say!!!
