There is a lady who serves with others behind the counter. Frankly, she is a little funny, and NOT comedian funny. She wears glasses and her hair is slightly dyed a bleached white-blonde colour and tied up, I think one other general assistant wears glasses also, another female, but she is younger. But I know who I'm talking about. The lady I don't like, she could be in her late 30's, early-mid 40's and she has a non-english accent.Ever since I have gone to this Costa Coffee in Catford a few times, the staff, their customer service is ok, NOT great. Also, I like to order a large hot chocolate with a little cream on top. I did this once and I saw how the customer service behind the counter, they were laughing-smirking in front of my face and as I turned away and looked back again.That wasn't nice, it was cruel, and felt cruel. I don't know why they were acting this way, it's my decision what I like to drink, NOT theirs. But it's that 1 lady who I resent more than the other general assistants behind the counter. If there was a photo of her, I would upload it as to who I'm referring to exactly.

Met up with a friend and had a great hot chocolate with marshmallows on top. I was surprised to find that I could charge my phone there too. All plug sockets are USB portable friendly. Not a very big place but the arm-chairs make it so cozy...living-room experience.
Dietary restrictions: They pride themselves on asking
Parking: Just at the back of the place is a parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is space for wheelchairs.

I am deeply disappointed. I've been a customer for ages, my wife used to work at costa in croydon, and now i am a bus driver, i really needed to use the toilet and i've asked nicely if i could, and federico sent me to his manager, i donno her name, and she said it's only for customers. I've told her it's an emergency, and i have been a costa's customer for.many years, she still refused me, smiling... no heart, no humanity, and she refused me a basic human need, not something extraordinary. You've lost a customer! Once again, i am a bus driver, we don't have toilets on the bus.

The staff is kind and the drinks are very nice. During Christmas holidays I usually get the gingerbread latte with coconut milk and vegan cream on top.There are vegan food options, but unfortunately all the food is wrapped in plastic, which is a downside for the environment.

My flat white was basically hot milk, no trace or taste of coffee. Absolutely shocking barister training if they can't make a simple cup of coffee. Won't be returning. £3.60 down the drain.The Cafe Nero in The Glades in Bromley make a lovely, strong tasting flat white that's not drowning in milk.
