“Would definitely recommend!Was initially really disappointed with the service from Halfords, I initially had it booked in with the Rushey Green branch who called me an hour before my MOT (it ran out the next day) to state that they were unable to do my MOT as someone had called in sick.However I rebooked as I was desperate for an MOT and this was the next available one. I drive a BMW and usually take it straight to BMW however left it last minute and one with them wasn’t available.Anyway, I took it to this branch and staff were extremely friendly and done a brilliant job. Completed it within an hour and called me to inform me that it was done and I could pick the car up, stated that I did not have to pick it up straight away but obviously recommended I picked it up before they closed for the day.The car was in the exact condition I left it, they did not drive it around for the day as their own and did not tinker with anything to make me spend more money. (These are all concerns people have when taking their car to a new garage).Would definitely recommend this branch and really happy with my MOT and the service provided by the staff.”
