Disappointed with the long queues during peak hours. Only one cashier was working, which made the wait frustrating. A central brunch like this should really consider better staffing during busy times to improve the customer experience.

This Victoria store is going bad every time I think since that woman IRENE the African rude person became a manager today my wife and two children trying to refund some stuff she took nearly 15 minutes to come then she didn?t even say sorry for the wait she asked my wife do you have a penny and turn her face then she left

Pickpockets operate here. Mother in law had phone stolen. Security guard says happens all time. Security cameras dont work and are only for show. Police report opened and closed same day.

Understaffed Thursday 3 July 6pm. Only two cashier open. No self check out. Huge queue for fitting rooms.

I waited until my refund came through before leaving this review.
I visited the Victoria Street branch of Zara recently, mainly to check out the sales and found a t-shirt with a 30% off sticker on it - it wasn't a one off item, the entire range had the same sticker. When I went to the counter to pay, firstly the queue was very long & service was exceptionally slow & once payment had gone through I realised the discount had not been applied. I flagged this with the salesperson who referred me to a manager who said oh it's a mistake. This range shouldn't be on sale. It's full price. I explained it wasn't just one item, but the entire range, various sizes all with the same sticker. Nope not interested in honouring the discount or keeping the customer happy. So I immediately asked for a refund. Something that took days to process...
You'd think in a central location like this, with good footflow you'd get managers & staff members who cared about their brand and customer service. Unfortunately this wasn't the case & it's unlikely I'll revisit the chain. Would not recommend

I cannot fathom Zara's strategy as a business? Surely, they want to sell clothes and make a profit ? This branch is the worst in the world. Firstly the AC is permenantly broken and hotter than hell. Secondly, the staff could nor care less whether you are served or not. There is pretty much a permenant long queue with one just person on the till. Managers just avoid customer contact entirely by pretending to busy themselves with something 'important to do' ! I have seen SO many people just leave their shopping and walkout. This branch could treble their profits if only they could get the staff to actually SERVE their customers !! The day will come when Zara like so many other retailers issue a profit warning and I shall be there shouting you deserve it for the way your staff treat customers !

Lazy workers close the fitting room 20min before closing the shop and there is no info that this is the case.

I went to pay but before I was asked for my phone number (supposedly to send a receipt). I said I don't want to give out my personal details and they said they weren't sure if I could pay without. What a ridiculous and disgusting ploy to get your details.
After 5 minutes of flopping around they worked out I could pay. What an uncomfortable and borderline illegal GDPR practice.
Avoid this place.
