Can you even really call Harrods a department store? Harrods is large and luxurious! Take a step inside and you're transported to shopping heaven. I like the grid layout where you get to step into each room and it feels separated off from the room before. I loved awing over all the designed bags on the first floor as we made our way up to the food hall! The food hall is filled with so many options and to be honest, there were some really reasonably price meal options! Note that in the food hall, they don't offer free bags. You can purchase a canvas bag. The green bags are only available in the shopping areas. If you'd like to do afternoon tea, you can do so in their tea room!

Harrods is a staple of London. You just have to visit it once and that's more than enough. Walking up and up every single floor, you end up just getting lost in the sauce. There's just so much to see. It's almost setup like a maze. You're not even going to buy anything, you're just amazed at what you see. I spent about an hour browsing through here - it was worth the walk for sure. Probably spent 10,000 steps along in Harrods. The one thing I didn't do is grab food here. The options weren't as plenty for vegetarians or it was just too expensive. Also, without a place to eat at (since dining in costs more money), I didn't have the option of just grabbing food to go. But yes, there's everything and anything in here. Make your way here if you can.

Loved the food Hall. First, you can get anything you can imagine. Who would have thought some of the best Pastries in London would be here? I really will make sure it's a planned food choice next time I am in London. Favorite places inside: The cheese shop. Build a charcuterie board that will go down in history! Did I mention the fresh baked breads: the Almond Croissants were better than what I had in France. The cheese sticks and scones were amazingly delicious; delicate and fluffy in the best way. And the prices were so inexpensive! Ah on to the Truffle bar. Did a cheese board with Truffles and added a decadent truffle Risotto. It was so rich it was a meal for two people and still had extra to spare. The vast selection of foods available will allow anyone find something to tickle their pallet. Make this a must stop. As busy as they were, the employees were helpful and efficient. LOVE this place.

When in London, come see Harrods! Even if designer brands aren't your thing. They have a food hall, chocolate hall and a Hennessy specialty lounge. Wish we had more time but we did manage to grab some scotch eggs, tikka masala, chocolates and souvenir biscuits from the food and chocolate hall. Sales associates at Gucci were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Sales associates at Louis Vuitton could care more and be as helpful.

Harrods is an experience like nothing I have ever seen before. We were able to easily spend a few hours wandering around the store.There are multiple bars and restaurants, we didn't get to try them but they looked fun! We did get to try some chocolate at the chocolate shop, it was tasty and the service was great. We appreciated the employees recommendations. This store is huge and has multiple floors. There is about every shopping category you can think about! Designer, men's, women's, home, gourmet food, candy store, perfume, shoes, you name it.The only downside is the bathroom situation. They are a nightmare to find and when we went they had a 30 person line, for the number of people this store attracts (I think it's 7 floors) I'd imagine they would have more readily available. We originally planned on getting some beverages at a few of the bars but didn't want to have to wait in the 30 person bathroom line again so left before doing any of that.

If you're stressed and needed a bit or a lot of shopping therapy, this is the place to be!!!Harrod is like a shopping mansion, you can find whatever you want here. It has everything from Versace bedding to Dolce Gabana toaster to Tiffany jewelries. All the brands are glittering and shining the moment you walked in, and it was very hard to hold my credit card in my bag! They even have eateries and freshly butchered meat. It's like a lifestyle shopping museum, and you can spend the whole day here. Highly recommend coming here just to window shop!We were at Harrods Cafe, and I must say the chicken avocado ciabatta and truffle crisps were sooooooo gooood! Highly recommend eating inside Harrods for the experience. This portion is for Hermes leather goods section at Harrods: After visiting 3 countries and 6 different Hermes stores, I finally got my hand on a Hermes leather bag at the Hermes inside Harrods. The SA who helped me named Samantha and she was the nicest SAs I've dealt with from all the Hermes stores I've been to. She was very helpful and straightforward. After waiting an hour on the leather goods que and about another 2 hours talking to Samantha, I walked out with an Evelyne!! I was very happy getting the bag!!

I admit: I've been here three times in the past three months and each time I'm overwhelmed and overstimulated and I over spend. What can I say: I'm attracted to shiny pretty things and I like souvenirs. I could spend the whole day here and max out my credit card. Please take some time to eat and enjoy the yum cha at Dim Sum Terrace on the 4th floor. The cute little flower shop on the lower ground floor has the most gorgeous and fragrant flowers I have ever seen! Yes...I bought a rose (8£) and it was divine! I found the service very helpful and friendly.

Fancy place to shop!According to like everyone in the world (lol), you have to go to Harrods if you are in London. So when in London... We shopped here. Mostly window shopped, but still- it counts! lolThis place is a little too pricy for my blood. But it was definitely fun to look at the overpriced fare. It is very posh. Some of the people shopping there just seem stuck up. But whatever. It is a huge tourist trap lolWe didn't get to try the cafe while we were there. Sadness. Maybe next time we will be able to. This was just a fun experience in London. I will be back London! See you soon. P.S. Maybe if I win lotto I can actually buy stuff here lolol

The store itself is iconic. Harrods Social is lovely, albeit limited with menu. Service was excellent and on par with what you'd expect from a store as legendary as this one.

Wonderful experience with Harrods.Since I am living in California ordered online a lace shoe from D&G brand.I ordered by 10th of the June and by July 3rd, I received the package.Their site is fast and there was no complications at all.I loved my experience and if even I visited London in future , I ,for Sure ,come to the store for more deals.The actual pump has been for 1300 pounds and I got for 900.There was a free return and shipment.Highly recommended

8.20.23Upscale and overpriced department that is maze like and hard to navigate. Shopping is one of my favorite hobbies, but it was very overwhelming.My hubby and I wanted to grab lunch at Gordon Ramsey, but could not find it despite asking three sales associate. I also asked if they knew where Lauduree Bakery was and they were totally clueless. They have a dining hall and food market so there is something for everyone. What I found ridiculous is there wasn't seating available for those who made a purchase at the food market only the dining hall if you made a purchase at one of the vendors.After we had lunch and I got a tiramisu and macaron from the food market, I looked around briefly and told my hubby we could leave. It wasn't as fun since everything was so expensive that I wouldn't buy anything anyways.

WOW...simple WOW!!!! ONe could get lost in this department store. It is just massive!!!!!!All Department stores should try and capture the secret of what this store is doing right.It is extremely busy and touristy but not packed or rushed. Everything is elegant and well decorated and designed.
