The place is nice. I Like that they have a testings for some teas so I was able to choose the one I liked then just randomly selecting.

Beware their promo codes. Even though they advertise them globally (e.g. their "refer a friend" program), they don't work outside of the UK (so their customer service department tells me). And though I was lured into creating an account because of the promo code (which took a few moments), and it took me 4 days to find out why I couldn't use it (the T's & C's make no mention, so I had to await a response from customer support), now it will apparently take 30 days to close my account and be erased from their database. Dreadful, dreadful practices. Maybe their tea is great, but I'll never bother to find out.

I love Whittard of Chelsea. Very good quality tea and chocolate. I only give 4 stars because I have a preference for the Portobello Road store ;-)

I want to thank the Asian girl in this place. She is a very kind and great person. I highly recommend the shop owner to promote this woman, because she is very attentive. I am fascinated with the hot chocolate and it's definitely worth a try.

Great souvenir tea store. Not a restaurant to drink tea, only purchase. A wide selection to choose from and very delicious. The staff were helpful and the prices were fair for a tourist area. Very close to Buckingham Palace.

I shopped for various items at the end of May 2023.Among them, watermelon flavored instant tea is refreshing and sweet and really delicious when you drink it cold when it's hot! ! ! Since it is powdered tea, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking and it is easy to make.If I go to London again, I want to buy a lot of them! !In Japan, you can't buy cheaply because the shipping cost is much higher than the actual product if you buy it from a website.I really want them to open a branch in Japan! ! please! ! !

Lovely store, there are little jars filled with each tea type so you can smell it to get an idea of what it is before you buy it which is very useful! Staff are very helpful and approachable and I love the samples they have in the middle of the store. Had to get something for my mum for mothers day as she loves the tea here, would definitely come again to get myself something next time.
